We Absolutely love Profoto products Hands down its top of the line quality! we had more umbrellas than diffusers so I had to order a couple more to get in to use! I would definitely recommend getting this diffuser if it fits your umbrella! its an elastic band that goes around the umbrella where other brands have specific holes that are made just for that brand... Not Profoto though!

I shoot only profoto and so happy they made this diffuser. I have the soft boxes but this is less hassle for travel. Just love how it shoots and the quality build is incredible. Easy to transport and take anywhere.

Each diffuser would cut about one stop of light. You might be able to add a few, but you would have to be careful not to over load the umbrella frame.

This appears to be the same as my .5 diffuser but is advertised as 1.5. Test with a light meter yields the same measurement?
Measurements with the latest Sekonic 858U with a 1% spot reading are showing us a light loss of 1.5 stops in the superstore.

What shallow umbrellas does this fit with? I cant seem to find a Profoto shallow medium - and Id like to avoid the Photek ones are quite fragile
Actually i use only a Profoto.. and not sure what other shallow umbrellas does it fit with.
