    Wolverine Data RSR100 reviews

Retro Style Bluetooth Speaker with AM/FM Radio is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Single purpose speaker I bought this unit to replace an old boombox and bluetooth speaker. It has a nice cabinet, but the bass reflex sound system emphasizes the bass range for reproduction of popular music. I will use this feature sometimes too, but I bought the unit to listen to the news on the radio and watch a movie on a tablet. Neither of these applications benefits from a strong bass response. It muffles the sound, making it difficult to understand the spoken word. This could be corrected with a simple tone control. The unit has stepped knobs like an old Philco, but they are decorative, not functional. I hope this reaches the manufacturer, they should understand the variety of consumer needs. Regards, Joe

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice sound and great looks First of all, this is a not a 300 dollar radio. But, you get FM/ AM radios and bluetooth speakers to play your music streamed from your phone or other bluetooth devices. With that in mind, I would say, the sound is good enough. It has no bass. But, the sound quality is pleasing. The radio has a fantastic looking wooden case and the cloth cover over the speakers. With the rotary knobs and the buttons at the bottom, the radio has a very pleasant retro looks. When I ran my hand across the wooden box of the radio, I could not believe i got this thing for this price. Very beautiful.I had to use their warranty service for repairing a malfunction. The company responded promptly and took care of the issues completely. I recommend this product 100%.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Retro Radio I bought this radio because I loved the look and wanted a radio with Bluetooth. I was a bit skeptical about it as it was so inexpensive. I was happy to receive a radio that looks great ( real wood), sounds great, and pulls in stations from a distance. If you like its looks you'll love its functionality and deep, rich sound.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Useful and attractive FM reception is excellent. AM is highly directional, but works great when the cabinet is oriented toward the transmitter. Love the knobs! This has most of the modern functionality with easy operation. If there is a feature to be added, I would suggest an SD card slot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's Like butta I have been wanting a Bluetooth speaker for some time now but I live in an art deco style house and all the styles normally found would be out of place. Found this piece and couldn't believe the price. It has a rich warm sound that really has the best looking exterior. A must buy for anyone wanting a time piece in their home that is quite functional

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not great sound quality. Build OK for $. Not great sound.Comparing it to a 10 year old Tivoli, not comparing it to some high end system. More a decor piece with some function. It does look the part.
