Camera Plate for Canon (2) 1/4" Screws is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Read this before you buy it I used this plate for 400mm f/5.6, 70-200 2.8 is, and with both lenses this becomes loose after making adjustments with the ball head. It simply doesn't hold on to the tripod collar. I wish it had like a rubberized grip or sg. I was also thinking that maybe I am doing sg wrong, but there is no chance to make adjustments to it. I am also not getting the idea of the adjustable screws. I had to tighten this so much that I cracked the paint of the tripod collar. It also seems to short not covering the entire area of the tripod collar, another reason why it doesn't have enough grip. I wish there was a better alternative for the arca-swiss ball heads. I guess it is still a must above 200mm...what can I do?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Arca Plates for Strength in all areas. I need Professional, nearly indestructible gear. In the Canadian North I have very little room for error. While shooting Grizzles, hanging over a waterfall or a wild ocean. I need plates that will not fall or pull me down at severe angles. My go to is Arca Swiss plates. I have tried others. I use them with Zinelle and Arca Swiss Cubes, Canon's best lens and Cameras. If you need the best use Arca.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nope The grove down the center and the lack of a rubberized or cork coating means big heavy things don't stay tight on this especially big, expensive tele lenses. Back it went.
