This Arca-Swiss quick release plate has two 1/4"-20 camera screws, with one screw adjustable, ideal for Nikon long lenses with a tripod collar mount. The distance between the two screws can be adjusted from 27mm to 40mm.
Also compatible with the many other Arca-type quick release systems, e.g. Acratech, Foba, Graff, Wimberley, etc.

This plate is well made and of good quality, but has some shortcomings. As other reviewers have stated, it is quite a bit wider than it needs to be. I purchased it for a Nikon 600mm f4 prime, which is a big, heavy lens, but all that width is unnecessary. But the real deal-breaker for me, and the reason I returned it, was the lack of stop screws to keep the lens from sliding off the base clamp if it were to inadvertently loosen. To me, that oversight is inexcusable.
Fits really well, but expensive. Wish there are alternatives.
