The aluminum Heavy Duty Flex Arm measures 0.7" diameter and 21.65" in length and can be twisted into configurations that would be impossible with a jointed articulating arm. The ratchet handle allows you to disengage and tighten it down from any angle, a very handy feature when using the clamp in tight quarters that don't allow 360° rotation. A snap-in hex socket holds 5/8" accessories such as the supplied hex stud with 1/4"-20 screw.
