Leupold 4-24x52 VX-6 Riflescope (Illuminated Varmint Hunter)

The 4-24x52 VX-6 Riflescope from Leupold features a weather-sealed housing, broad zoom range and illuminated Varmint Hunter ballistic reticle, making it well-equipped for almost any intermediate to long-range targeting task. Leupold's Quantum Optical System uses index matched glass and Xtended Twilight lens coatings to provide maximum light transmission and image clarity. Blackened lens edges also improve contrast by reducing glare within the lens system.

This scope's Varmint Hunter ballistic reticle is optimized for long-range targeting; it is sighted-in at 200 yd and has holdover markings for targets up to 500 yd, as well wind drift markings for 10, 20, 30 mph crosswind. A 12-level reticle illumination system allows the shooter to optimize reticle brightness for daylight and low-light conditions. The illumination system has an integrated motion sensor that automatically re-activates the reticle illuminator when the rifle is moved while in stand-by mode. Motion Sensor Technology and stand-by mode preserve battery life while enabling the shooter to remain ready. For further accuracy at the high-end of the zoom range, this version of the VX-6 scope is equipped with a parallax adjustment dial.

Complementing the advanced optical system and broad zoom range, this VX-6 series scope is configured with a durable housing that is built to endure regular use in unforgiving conditions. The scope's one-piece aluminum tube is weather-sealed and filled with an argon-krypton gas mixture that that provides greater thermal stability and fogproof protection than conventional nitrogen gas. Additionally, the Twin-Bias spring erector system enables a generous 68 MOA travel range; they also help the windage and elevation turrets maintain zero even after repeated recoil.
