Nanuk 910 Overview

From Manufacturer

The lime 910 Hard Case without Insert from Nanuk is made from a crushproof, dustproof, and waterproof lightweight NK-7 polypropylene resin. It protects and stores delicate small to medium-sized items like laptops, tablets, cameras, electronics, drones, sample kits, compact tools, handguns, and equipment of all sorts. This version of the 910 is offered without an insert, leaving the interior available for customization for your specific gear and needs.

Its lid gasket is held fast with two PowerClaw latches. These patented latches use compressive force to tightly clamp your case shut with an integrated slide lock that prevents the case from opening accidentally. For additional security, there are two 0.3" padlock holes integrated into the case and lid. A molded-in bezel system allows the use of optional inserts to be installed quickly and easily without the need to modify your case. A built-in pressure relief valve regulates the internal pressure, keeping your gear and the case from getting crushed during air travel and allowing you to open the case without having to break a tough pressurized seal that may develop. Further design features include rustproof stainless steel hardware and a foldable soft-grip top handle.

Perfect for a collection of lenses you no longer really use

So, I used to shoot on a 5D Mk3 and built up a little collection of EF lenses. Then I switched to Sony cameras, but got into Canon EOS film cameras which still take EF lenses. I had an EF-E adapter for using my canon glass on my Sony - really just justifying keeping the glass, honestly - and an FD-EF and FD-E adapters (God, this is embarrassing to type out). I had my EF and E mount lenses together in a Pelican case, but over time started double-stacking lenses in there, or having to pull out and store lenses in a bookshelf when I actually took the Pelican out on jobs. Finally, after about 5 years of this, I decided that the EF lenses and film camera needed their own case, so I got this. Please can I win the $500 gift card now?

Fine, but I need a larger case

Excellent case, but just too small for my Leica M upright
