Multigrade FB Classic Paper (Glossy, 8 x 10", 25 Sheets) is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 41.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Multigrade FD Classic Replaces Type 4 Alan Ross who prints Ansel Adams special edition prints rates this paper very highly. That says a lot about this new paper. I like it better than type 4. It also tones well

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product well worth I used this product for my first year black and white photography class. Amazing product, pictures are very clear and sharp and the quality of the paper is much better compared to the RC paper. B&H has a great price for this product but it is pretty expensive for photo paper. But the money is not going waste the paper quality is definitely worth the money. This paper is a very good printing paper even though it is more on the expensive side the quality of the paper and the sharp pictures is worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good traditional glossy photo paper The paper delivers excellent glossy B&W prints. Unfortunately, the 25 sheets are not packaged separately - so when opening the box make sure you open it in a darkroom with red light. The paper only needs short exposure times (at least with my Beseler 45M enlarger and 150W bulb). Papers are not flat in the box, they are a bit bent. Use of paper easel is highly recommended to achieve a flat paper surface. Drying of this paper takes a while, too - emulsion side dries faster than paper side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ilford a safe bet Ever since Kodak cowardly got out of the paper business I have been using Ilford. It is a safe bet with no surprises. Iuse the glossy surface and hang them dry. I always use a number three polycontrast filter and the paper has good contrast and when I process it correctly I don't have problems with staining. Kodak was my favorite and they stink for quitting making paper. It had a ccharmwhen prints were made from Tri-x film.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ilford Multigrade Fb Classic Paper Well, it isn't a fair rating at this time since all I have done with it is make proof sheets. But other than that I am impressed with the quality of the paper. Since I was used to using Kodak Polycontrast paper when it was still in production. I will give a better review when I truly explore it's full potential. Do wish though that it came in a thinner grade of stock though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful paper I have used Multigrade IV fb glossy for years and was very happy with it. The new fb classic is an improvement. The prints feel a little warmer out of the box then the previous version and it does seem to be sharper. Have not tried toning images yet but I'm really happy with the results without and toning. Thanks to Ilford for making a beautiful and affordable fb paper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greta paper! Great service! I recommended and purchased this for my daughter for her University B&W PHOTO class. She now uses it exclusively and is completely pleased with the product and her results. Her prints present as richer and with more texture than the RC paper provided by the school. She does have to spend more time in drying the fiber paper but has decided it is worth the extra effort.
