Tera Grand has shielded each pair of wires with aluminum Mylar foil and then bundled these pairs with an 85% tinned copper braid to improve noise resistance, almost completely eliminating alien cross talk (AXT). Moreover, the RJ45 connectors have 50 microns of gold plating for protection against EMI/RFI interference.

The black Premium Cat 7 Double-Shielded 10Gb 600 MHz Ethernet Cable from Tera Grand is 3' long and rated for transmission frequencies up to 600 MHz, making it suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet environments. Tera Grand has shielded each pair of wires with aluminum Mylar foil and then bundled these pairs with an 85% tinned copper braid to improve noise resistance, almost completely eliminating alien cross talk (AXT). Moreover, the RJ45 connectors have 50 microns of gold plating for protection against EMI/RFI interference.

I'm trying to convert my Ethernet cables to Cat 7. These cables are the best at the best price. I have found a significant speed increase since switching from Cat 5e to Cat 7. Just because of the Cat 7 cable design. Cat 7 is less susceptible to interference that slows down a signal. These cables are well made and have metal ends instead of plastic ends. They work very well. I'm very pleased with these cables and B&H has a great price.

It only beneficial and useable for faster speeds when using all 10GbE across the whole link from port to port. So the cable is only one part of the equation.
