Will this work with LED lights, such as the GVM LS-p80s? That is, is the light from an LED source able to be polarized?

Will this melt if used under hot lights?
Depending on which tungsten light is being used with it, a good rule of thumb is to allow for at least 2-3 inches of space between the filter and the light to minimize the chance of the filter melting.
