The iGoMic Stereo Microphone for GoPro Cameras is a stereo microphone from MicW designed in particular for use with GoPro HERO action cameras. Featuring a matched pair of capsules configured at 90º X-Y coincident, the iGoMic provides a wide stereo image designed to reproduce natural depth for recording music, sports events, and ambient sound. Although its size makes it most favorable to GoPro shooters, the iGoMic can also be connected to DSLRs, camcorders, or audio recorders that have 3.5mm mini-jack microphone inputs and can supply plug-in power. To be used with a DSLR or camcorder the PP013 shockmount is also required.
Compatible cameras include (but are not limited to): GoPro HERO2, HERO3, HERO3+, HERO4, Canon 7D, Nikon D7000, and various Sony Alpha 6 and 7 series models
Included mic holder attaches to GoPro HERO mount and provides rubber suspension designed to isolate the microphone from camera vibration - the PP013 shock mount is required for use with DSLRs and camcorders
Draws power directly from the camera or recorder - the connected device must supply plug-in power
Capsules incased in a single, all metal housing
