The MoGoPod MCR-1 MogoCrane Belt is an adjustable nylon belt that wraps around your waist and clips in place. The MoGoPod is then screwed into the female 1/4"-20 threaded mount, which moves back-and-forth, allowing you to use the MoGoPod as a mini jib with your camera attached at the other end.
