The camera comes with a built-in ImmerVision Enables Panomorph Lens offering 180° panoramic and 360° surrounding views. It records full frame rate videos in resolutions up to 5MP, including Full HD 1080p and HDTV streaming at 30 fps. It also supports multiple streaming of formats such as H.264, Motion JPEG, and MPEG-4. The camera captures clear color images at illumination levels as low as 0.5 lux and B&W images even in complete darkness.
The CB-500AP-360P Cube Camera is designed with powerful software features to maximize its capabilities and allow it to adapt to variable environments to provide optimized video quality. The intelligent multi-profile sensor management feature supports 5 profiles, allowing you to configure image parameters. You can also set sensor and lens attributes in a profile, including brightness, contrast, sharpness, saturation, exposure, de-noise, white balance, etc. Furthermore, the profiles can be switched automatically following the user-defined schedule. Up to 3 preset profiles (day, night, and sunset) and 2 user-defined profiles are available.
The camera features a built-in PIR sensor for detecting movements even in the dark. Once movement is detected, the LED will be triggered and an alert with a snapshot can be sent as an email or MMS, or a recorded message can be programmed to play. Moreover, it supports DI/DO for an external alarm device. When integrated with the BP-1000 Power Battery Pack and a memory card (both not included), this camera is capable of supporting edge recording that allows it to continue recording and store the data to the SD/SDHC card when the network or power connection is interrupted.
This 5MP cube camera supports 3G wireless connectivity for use in areas where cable installation would be costly or difficult. It also features an Ethernet port with PoE capability, which allows the camera to transmit data and receive power through a single RJ45 cable.
