For the photographer who's going places, the LKB-JR Light Kit Bag Jumbo Roller from Impact will store and protect two fully-assembled OctaCool 6 or 9 lights, two softboxes, cables, gels, and related accessories. The inside of the bag features two compartments separated by a padded, touch-fastening divider. To simplify transport and eliminate lengthy assembly time, each compartment is designed to hold one OctaCool 6 or 9 light with installed CFL lamps, and reflector. Lights are secured by two padded, touch-fastening stabilizer panels with keyhole cutouts designed to fit over the back of each light.

It looks like the softbox portion of the light fixtures need to be completely disassembled to fit in the bag. Do two lights with reflectors fit in it? Do the softbox rods fit in it too?
You but the reflectors on the lights with the bulbs in place and place them in the bag as one unit.

Do the lightbulbs have to be removed to fit into the bag? If so, is there a place to hold the 18 bulbs once removed?
No the bulbs do not have to be removed. If you want to remove them there is plenty of room in the case for all the bulbs. I hope this helps.
