The Olympus Stylus 1 Digital Camera Basic Kit from B&H combines the advanced Stylus 1 point-and-shoot along with a 32GB SDHC memory card. The memory card provides you with the storage needed to begin photographing.
The Stylus 1 features a 12 MP 1/1.7" BSI CMOS sensor to enable high-resolution shooting at 7 fps and full HD 1080p video recording with notable low-light sensitivity to ISO 12800. The built-in i.ZUIKO 10.7x optical zoom lens provides a 35mm-equivalent focal length range of 28-300mm and features a constant f/2.8 maximum aperture and lens-shift type image stabilization to further benefit working in dimly-lit conditions.
For live view monitoring, image review, and menu navigation, both a 1.44m-dot electronic viewfinder, with 1.15x magnification, and a 3.0" 1,040k-dot touchscreen LCD are available; the LCD features a tilting design to better support working from high and low angles. A hybrid control ring surrounds the lens to provide an intuitive means for modifying focus, zoom, and exposure settings and a dedicated zoom lever is located on the side of the lens to further benefit working in an efficient and quick manner. Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity is also incorporated into the Stylus 1, which enables instant image transferring as well as remote camera control capabilities from a linked mobile device.
