I’ll be using the Kopul RCA Phono Male to 3-Pin XLR Male Barrel Adapter primarily for wedding receptions using a variable audio attenuator, which happens to be a RCA device, placed between my recorder and the DJ’s mixer for audio clipping safety. So, before feeding my Tascam X6 recorder to capture audio directly from the DJ, often, many DJs give me a signal that’s too high and sometimes they can’t bring the signal down depending on their setup and competence level with their soundboard. It’s a nightmare sometimes…and to be honest, the scariest part of the wedding is the DJ audio feed. Therefore, that’s when the Kopul RCA to XLR adapter comes in handy, simplifying my life and solving things quickly. XLR to RCA… Done.
