Works great and really comes in handy! I use it for recording a line out level from a mixing console to my zoom H2 handy recording devices mic level input. The folks at B&H dialed me in with this and it works like a charm.
Pretty amazing - Wish I knew about it earlier.

I need an extension to this. Can someone suggest one? Thanks
Hi Frank. You can use a standard 3.5mm TRS extension, aka headphone extension, without issue. Our engineers suggest keeping the extension run as short as you are able, and to have our assembly plugged into the camera end if possible. But you should otherwise have no issues with a standard 3.5mm TRS/headphone extension cable. Thank you!

Will the Sescom 3.5 mm Line to Mic -25 dB Audio Cable work with a laptop headphone jack?
The connectors are the right type for a laptop's headphone jack, but in order to determine whether it is the correct cable to use would depend on what you are using it to connect to the laptop.

I need a recording cable to record from laptop to Zoom H6 compatible with the H6 line in jacks. Can I get some assistance?
Hi Jack. Unfortunately, Sescom does not have an offering that will do that currently. However, we are working on a Consumer Audio to Pro Audio adapter assembly, that will do precisely what you need to do, and should be available soon.

Can I reverse the cable sides like the camera side in the H6 line out and the h6 side into the camera?
You can do that but that will not attenuate your signal and defeat the whole purpose of using an attenuation cable.
