Works as intended, Easily marked, not so heavy to prevent 'Creative' mounting solutions. I have used these in places I did not know I had a problem, and audio quality improved. Would, no, I will buy again. Thank you,

Does exactly what I needed it to do

I got the SES to convert the unbalanced signal from my turntable into a balanced signal I could run into my studio monitors. It works perfectly for that. I also like that it has input and output level controls. This means I can adjust the volume coming out of my monitors simply by lowering the input or output level on the SES. Very handy, because it saves me having to walk around behind my monitors every time I want to adjust the volume. Would definitely recommend if you need to do a similar conversion. I tried some adapters first, but the signal was very weak and thin. This is the worth the money. A+ service from B&H too. It shipped fast, and I got frequent tracking updates.

Yes, the Sescom SES-ON-THE-LEVEL RCA to XLR Audio Level Converter will allow you to convert RCA output from an AVR, to the XLR inputs on a Crown XLS series amplifier.
