Used this to give audio in both ears where the radio was built for one channel. Perfect fit. Locked into place and worked perfectly.

Odd item needed.

Sometimes you need that odd little item that you never expected. I needed to convert my little headsets to mono, so I could listen to my old TV in my RV which had a mono headphone jack. There you have it. This was exactly what I needed. It was shipped in a timely fashion and it works great.

Will this combine a stereo output from an audio mixer and turn into mono for both side of the headphones?

Yes, it is designed to do exactly that: take stereo and convert to mono signal.

question

do you have a stereo plug for a model PKT C1 pocketalker Pro hearing aide?

Bought this to use with a Sony AM/FM radio. A reviewer of the radio said his earbuds only allowed one side.Found that Sony had wired the headphone jack to out put Mono to both earbuds. So I did not need the stereo to mono adapter. I did notice that when using the adapter the left earbud was lower in level. I think the adapter was working but was conflicting with the way Sony had wired the headphone jack.
