The forged aluminum TY-LP40 Arca-Type Quick Release Plate from Sirui features a universal design that fits most cameras. This plate, which fits Sirui C, K and G Series heads, features a rubberized, non-slip surface to help prevent the camera from twisting during use. This plate features a second 1/4"-20 strap mount with which to mount a camera strap. A tightening hex key is included.

Is this useable on a 5dm3?
I use this on a d750 it is 1/4 thread and will work on all cameras that have a thread type like that ,,It works good for what I use it for , strong construction from anything from this company

Is this suitable for use with a Nikon 200-500 5.6 lens attached to a Nikon D500 and Black Rapid strap?
It looks too short to hold 200-500/5.6. I'm using Wimberley P20 with 200-500/5.6 and it's working great.
