Shooting out in the bright sun? You'll need the TL74 Monitor Hood from Hoodman. This water-resistant nylon/plastic hood easily covers the 7" screen featured on the TVLogic 071 and 074 models. Using the elastic straps, the TL74 hood can be easily secured and removed as needed. When not in use, the hood folds flat for easy storage.

This does the job, but the elastic straps need to sit over one of the SDI ports on our Cine 7 monitor. Otherwise, this is a great, affordable sun shade.
Using this on a SmallHD 702 because the SmallHD sun hood is overpriced, hard to mount, and an overall silly and fragile design. This Hoodman fits the monitor just fine and is much more simple and durable, and can be used on other 7 in monitors as well.
