The PZ-144 Camera Plate for Nikon D5100 from Kirk is a quick-release plate that is designed for use with the Nikon D5100 DSLR. It fits Arca-Swiss style clamps to enable a quick release from a tripod head. The plate is machined in the USA from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and features a 1/4"-20 stainless steel hex screw for attachment to the camera. There is also a second 1/4"-20 socket adjacent to the screw. Two hex wrenches are supplied to tighten the camera screw and the safety stop screws.
A slot on the plate lets you attach a camera strap.
