    JBL LSR310S reviews

    LSR310S 200W Powered Subwoofer is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deep bass with XLF Works great with my pair of JBL LSR305 and completes the sound system. It is worth the money. If you plan on connecting this to your PC or Mac computer, make sure to get yourself a sound interface. I'm using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 and it makes the system sound awesome. You get even deeper bass with the XLF switch on the back. Whoa!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not just for mixing club music I am a journalist/filmmaker and needed to get a solid monitoring set-up on a reasonable budget. I am not looking to reproduce club vibes, but do want the low end frequencies that theaters offer. So far, so good! There are so many models that actually making a choice can be daunting! JBL 3 Series did it for me for it's excellent price point, free shipping from B&H and quality craftsmanship! I am one happy customer, and believe I'll be set for a while to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Completes my PC sound setup I purchased this subwoofer to complete a 2.1 system for my PC with some JBL LSR305 speakers. The normal bass setting is subtle and good overall. I enjoy the XLR bass setting more though as it gives it that extra hit down low. When paired with the 305's it completes the sound setup nicely and is a good bang for your buck especially if you can get it on sale.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A necessity for Film Mixing I added this sub woofer to my JBL LSR 305's after our first screening of our independent film production. When played back in a theater with full surround system at theater volumes I was shocked at the low frequency handling noise that crept into the tracks from the boom mic that did not register on the 305's alone. A simple EQ got rid of the problem, but I had no way of knowing that there was a problem without this unit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All About that Bass I paired this with the LSR305 studio monitors, and I could not be more pleased with the sound quality. Easy to setup and excellent sound reproduction. Only drawback is the size. I did not check dimensions prior to purchasing, so it was a little larger than I expected (my own fault). But that is not a knock against the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not just for mixing club jams I am a journalist/filmmaker and needed to get a solid monitoring system on a budget. What's great about this subwoofer is its selectable Extended Low Frequency (XLF) effect. I don't need it all the time ('cause I'm not a club head). But when I need to simulate the low-end felt at the cinema, boom! It's right there. I looked at other brands, but for this price nothing comes close!
