The DS-1 Bi-Directional Arca-Type QR Plate from Desmond is a square Arca-type compatible quick-release plate. It is designed for compact cameras, and has dovetails on all four sides, allowing you to mount the camera in any direction in your clamp. Rubber grips on the top of the plate help reduce camera-twist. The included 1/4"-20 mounting screw can be tightened with a hex key, or by hand with the D-ring.

I believe that c60 refers to the length of the clam, not the size of the release, so YES. But this is only my assumption (never had it in my hand).

Can I use this plate with the Benro IN00 Single Action Ball Head?
One would think so. The Benro IN00 Single Action Ball Head is supposed to be Arca Type compatible. The Benro IN00 Single Action Ball Head has a screw lock rather than a quick connect, which should remove the major risk of incompatibility.
