Kopul M4020RR Overview

The black, 20 foot Kopul Studio Elite 4000 Series Angled XLR-M to Angled XLR-F Microphone Cable is a premium, studio-quality cable engineered to be both quiet and durable, and is well-suited for the most critical recording and broadcast applications.

Studio Elite 4000 Series cables are made from 24 AWG OFC copper wire, wrapped with PE insulation and a conductive PVC inner shield. A cotton-yarn inner layer helps reduce electrostatic and microphonic noise. The 98% braided outer shield makes the cable highly resistant to EMI and RFI interference, while the Neutrik XX silver connectors provide the highest level of connectivity. All solder connections are shrink-wrapped for maximum durability.

The Kopul Studio Elite 4000 cables would be the correct cable used to connect a shotgun mic such as the Rode NTG-2 to the input on the Zoom H4n recorder.

question

Is this really a quality cable? It's spec sheet is well written but I have some pretty serious doubts considering the price points are dramatically below most reputable brands. It's considerably cheaper than guitar center's livewire brand, which I would not consider to be a top quality product. Kopul's own website only offers a 1 year warranty.... Thoughts? Can anyone with longterm experience with this product attest to it's durability and reliable clean sound?
