Quickly arrived and in great shape. A high quality feel to its built.

Update to my previous review below.

The front laminate on the clapper sticks was misaligned, and the magnets weren't flush, causing the sticks not to come together properly. There was a gap when the sticks were closed. Update: I reported the issue to B&H next Elvid contacted me and sent me a replacement slate which arrived very quickly. There are very few companies anymore that have this kind of customer service. I want to commend Elvid for making the decision to operate this way.

Are the colors on this clapper vector compatible?
Asked by: Bijan
As with any colors, the varied hues and tones on the clapper sticks of the Elvid 9-Section Acrylic Production Slate with Color Clapper Sticks (B&H# ELPS911C) can certainly be used in post production to manually and visually match them with those on one's monitor. However, they are only rough approximations of scientifically calibrated colors and are not designed to be compatible with any calibration tool nor standardized scientific color calibration specification.

It is a single strip of plastic with the colors printed on. The colors on mine have already worn away substantially.
