The SNB-7000 1/2.8" 3MP IP Box Camera from Samsung utilizes a 1/2.8" 3MP color CMOS sensor to capture up to 1920x1080 resolution video at 30 fps. It supports up to six simultaneous streams at different resolutions, frame rate, bit rate, and image quality. Audio in/out terminals enable you to connect an external microphone and speakers, or to wire into a PA system, for two-way communication. There are also alarm in/out terminals to wire the camera into an alarm/fire panel. Peripherals such as door/window contacts, PIRs, or smoke detectors can be directly connected to trigger event recording. Install sirens or relays on the alarm-out terminal to activate when alarms are tripped.
The camera has multiple recording modes to customize the system to your needs. An array of features allows you to set up motion-detection zones and virtual fence lines to further refine recording events. With a virtual fence, recording will only start when a line is crossed. There are also enter/exit options that will ignore someone entering an area, and only start recording when they leave.
Connect to the camera from most web browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. All features and functions can be accessed, including administrative use and PTZ control. Multiple users, with individual passwords, can be granted access with various security levels from live-view only to full administrative permissions.
The camera is ONVIF compliant, so it will work with compatible equipment from a wide array of manufacturers that are ONVIF members.
