Buffalo AC 1750 Overview

The WZR-1750DHPD DD-WRT Open Source Gigabit Dual Band Wireless Router from Buffalo leverages the speed and throughput of Wireless-AC technology to offer data transfer speeds of up to 1300 Mbps. In addition to Wireless-AC compatibility this router is also backwards compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n networking standards and operates on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies.

In addition to enhanced wireless functionality, you can utilize any of the four Gigabit Ethernet ports located on the back of the router for a fast wired Internet connection. This Buffalo router also features one USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0 port to plug in USB compatible peripherals such as external hard drives. Once plugged in that peripheral becomes accessible throughout the network.

The 802.11ac networking standard offers speeds up to 3X faster than 802.11n. Operating in the 5 GHz spectrum, 802.11ac offers transfer speeds up to 1300 Mbps, ideal for uninterrupted HD video streaming and concurrent Internet access.
