This B&H Kit includes the Aphex USB 500 Rack 500-Series Audio Interface as well as a 500-Series preamplifier channel strip module, a 500-Series equalizer module, and a 500-Series compressor module. The three modules are designed to be installed into three of the four available slots on the 500-Series audio interface. The interface provides power to the modules and allows you to build a signal chain for recording vocals.
The modules can be connected to one another via back-panel XLR connectors and are also connected directly to the audio interface. The interface allows for recording USB audio at up to 24-bit/96 kHz resolution as well as using the installed signal processing modules as hardware inserts within your host DAW.
