From its HDMI output, the Roku 1 is capable of outputting 720p HD and 1080p full HD video; an HDMI cable is sold separately. An analog A/V cable is included with the player for outputting lower resolution video to TVs that do not support HDMI connectivity. For high-speed Internet access, 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi is built-in. In addition to using the included remote control, you can download the free Roku app for controlling the Roku 1 from your Android or iOS device.
