Leupold's 4-12x40 VX-1 Riflescope provides you with short-to-medium range shooting capabilities and features a LR Duplex Reticle with Leupold's proprietary Multicoat 4 to reduce reflections and maximize transmission of light. To help you compensate for wind drift and ballistic drops, the scope offers 67 MOA windage and elevation adjustment ranges with a 1/4 MOA impact point correction. The LR Duplex reticle is defined by four tapered posts, a thin crosshair, a wide gate, and holdover markings for long range target acquisitions. It offers a center that is zeroed at 200 yards and holdover marks for 300, 400, and 500 yards.
Decorated with a 24k gold-plated ring and a medallion, the aluminum housing is lightweight, durable, waterproof, and fogproof. It offers a 1" maintube, a lockable eyepiece with a low-profile lever for fast zooming action, and capped windage and elevation turrets. Also included is a protective lens cover.
