Hanwha Vision SPE-400 Overview

The silver SPE-400 4-Channel Network Encoder (NTSC) from Samsung is an ONVIF-compliant video encoder that allows you to add analog cameras to an IP network security system. It offers a hybrid solution for users looking to upgrade their control, management, and recording equipment to an IP platform without changing the existing analog camera technology and cabling infrastructure. The SPE-400 supports real-time image transmission at 4CIF resolution at a frame rate of up to 30 fps (NTSC). In addition, this recorder also supports multi-streaming (H.264/MPEG-4/MJPEG) feature that provides the user a host of viewing and recording options. If an event occurs, the event-related video will be transferred to the email specified by the user or saved to the SD memory, or the event signal will be sent to the alarm out port.
