The Black Box IC566A Component Video/Digital Audio Balun (Male) supports component 480i/p, 720p, and 1080i/p video standards and digital audio. Use this balun to connect HDTV at long distances over CAT5 UTP and STP cables (not included).
Working from point to point, this balun helps you make video/audio connections between DVD players, monitors, matrix switchers, video distribution amplifiers, and similar video devices. This balun features a molded 6" (15.2cm) cable lead with 3 color-coded male RCA jacks for video.
Note:
For economic video extensions, use a pair of this balun to connect component video devices and transmit digital audio in the process. Must be used in pairs.
