The PRK2 PortaRail Camera Slider Speed Rail Kit from RigWheels includes four 40" sections, two threaded connectors, and two 18" rail brackets. The 40" sections can be screwed together via the connectors to form two 80" long rails for the PortaRail collapsible dolly/slider rail system (not included). Though the 80" (per side) length is typical for most setups, you can also add multiple sections for longer shots.
These rails are constructed from 6061 aluminum for rigidity and provide precision camera movement. At 80" the camera slider rails have less than 1/8" of flex with a 40 lb load placed at the center. These rods can also be used with other suspended or ground-rail systems that work with an outer diameter of 1.65".
The included rail brackets are universal in both width and pipe size. They can be used with tubular rails with an outside diameter between 1 and 2", or you can even use square or rectangular rails up to 1.75". The usable distance between the rails (center to center) is adjustable, and the 18" length of the crossbar makes it suitable for RailDolly camera slider configurations. The rail brackets can be mounted on light stands and tripods.
The PortaRail Speed Rail Camera Slider Rod from RigWheels is a 40" section rod designed for the PortaRail collapsible dolly/slider rail system. The rod is 40" long and can be screwed together via the threaded connectors. The rod is constructed of 6061 aluminum and designed to provide more rigidity. Each piece goes through a 6-step process that makes them straight and round for precision camera movement. You can add as many sections as you need for longer shots. This rod can also be used with other suspended or ground-rail systems that work with a 42mm outer diameter.

Accommodating various track widths and pipe sizes, the Universal Rail Brackets with 18" Cross Bars from RigWheels can be used with a wide range of suspended rail type sliders and dollies. The package includes two 18" cross bars, each coming with a pair of rail brackets that support pipes with an outside diameter between 1 and 2". The brackets will also support square or rectangular rails up to 1.75" wide.
For a truly universal system, the distance between the rails (center to center) is adjustable along the 18"" support, with a minimum distance of 5" and maximum distance of 16". The 18" bar is the ideal size for the RigWheels RailDolly configurations. For versatile mounting, the cross bar features 3/8"-16 threaded holes in the center and ends of the track. A pair light stand adapters are included for supporting the track using light stands with a 5/8" baby pin.
