I would like to use this for a Nikon p900 bridge camera . How would the counterbalance work with a zoom lens?
Although the Nikon p900 camera would mount and be supported by the GH06 Fluid Head, it is intended for use with larger cameras. It is not possible to convert this head to a flat base tripod. However Ikan does offer the IK-RSR6 Hi-Hat Riser, you could use this instead to connect this head to a flat base with a 3/8"-16 connection.
