The FD8171 3MP Fixed Dome Day/Night Indoor Network Camera from Vivotek offers professional indoor network surveillance at a full frame rate of 30 fps. The FD8171 adopts Smart IR technology which prevents over exposure and provides noise reduction to adjust IR lighting intensity instantaneously based on changes in ambient light.
The built-in 3D Noise Reduction Technology enables the FD8171 camera to capture clear high-quality video under low-light conditions, which also helps to reduce bandwidth requirements needed because of sensor noise. The WDR Enhanced technology lets users identify image details in extremely bright as well as dark environments.
In addition, the FD8171 camera implements Smart Stream Technology, which allows users to set regions of interest (ROIs) for improved clarity without raising the bitrate to optimize storage and bandwidth efficiency. To provide high image quality, the FD8171 also comes with a P-iris lens which controls the iris with extreme precision via its built-in stepper motor.
