The Form C Relay from Aiphone is designed for use with compatible Aiphone intercom systems. Serving as the interface between the door strike contacts on the Aiphone unit, and the release mechanism, the Form C Relay is required if the electric strike or magnetic lock is of a higher voltage or draws more voltage than specified for the unit. The Form C Relay provides either a Normally Open (NO) contact for an electric strike, or a Normally Closed (NC) contact for a magnetic lock.
