I can't tell you how many times I drop to my knees on concrete. I tried not to land on my Kees for the longest time, but the shot was never low enough. The one day I shot for 12 hours, my knees were about to give and my pants were ripped right at the knees. These knee pads are stellar. I feel nothing when dropping on them. They are Velcrod to the back of your knees, and that can be a little irritating, but otherwise I fully recommend these. I don't use the elbow pads as much, but they protect so well.
