According to the manufacturer, the Global Truss Jr. Snap Clamp Medium-Duty Truss Clamp is not designed for use on pipes or tubes that are 1.5 inches in diameter. If you need an alternative clamp designed for use on a pipe/tube that is 1.5 inches in diameter, they instead recommended the Global Truss MINI 360 1.5 Truss Clamp (Silver), B&H # GLMINI36015, for your usage needs.
