The opacity figure of 96% is given with the liner, which doesn't tell us much because the liner will be gone once you apply it! If I adhere this over high contrast (B&W block lettering) text, can you still see the text underneath?
I have used this media as a semitranslucent paper, so it will show the lettering.

Can this be used with the Epson Surecolor T3170 pigment inkjet printer?
Yes the HP Everyday Adhesive Matte Polypropylene (24" x 75' Roll) can be used in the Epson T3170. However, there are no ICC profiles to use an HP product in an Epson printer so the colors might be off slightly.

I have the Z2100 and it works and I just looked at the Z3200 and it appears to be the same printer but possibly newer so I would say yes it would work.
