The Cambo CS-31 Loupe Set is specifically designed for use with DSLRs featuring a 3.2" screen. The 3x-magnification loupe is designed with Schneider Kreuznach optics to provide a bright, distortion-free view of the rear screen for critical monitoring. The optical design produces even sharpness and illumination across the frame, minimizes color fringing, and an anti-fogging vent has been incorporated into the construction for use in a variety of climates. The built-in diopter permits adjustment of the loupe to suit different vision requirements and a soft eyecup is included and can be rotated for use with either the right or left eye.

How would you mount a D850 to a tripod after installing the Cambo CS-31 on the camera since it uses the camera's tripod binding?
There are three 1/4" Mounting Holes on the bottom of the plate that mounts the Loupe to the DSLR cameras.

While it is possible for the Cambo CS-31 Loupe Set for 3.2" Screen to fit onto the Sigma fp Mirrorless Digital Camera, do note that the Cambo CS-31 Loupe Set for 3.2" Screen is designed for use with HD-DSLR cameras. Unlike most DSLR cameras, the Sigma fp Mirrorless DIgital Camera has buttons below the camera's LCD screen (the Playback button, the Monitor button, the Tone button, and the Color button), all which may be blocked when using the mount for the Cambo CS-31 Loupe Set for 3.2" Screen on the Sigma fp.

Will this fit a Nikon D850 and does the mounting plate have a female 1/4-20 or 3/8-16 so it can be tripod mounted?
Cambo CS-31 Loupe Set for 3.2" Screen will fit a Nikon D850 but it can't be used with a tripod as it doesn't have a female 1/4-20" or 3/8-16" port for tripods.

No, the loupe base fits direct to the bottom of the camera and will not fit onto an L plate.
