I am having a problem with the images on this paper bleeding. Not all images just the ones near the bottom edge of the page that are on white. It comes out fine but then later, there is bleed around letters - especially type (6 pt). I called HP for support 1 1/2 hours later NOTHING. Is there any gloss, thick paper for T120 that isn't this?
It is possible that you received a bad batch of paper where the chemical used to produce the gloss did not bond to the paper well in that area. Typically the higher the GSM the better the chemical bond. We have had this problem in the past, and hence only now purchase 180 or higher GSM paper. The quality of print is better and there is no bleed.
