SoundTube Entertainment SA502 Overview

The SoundTube Entertainment SA502 Mini Amplifier with Power Supply is a powerful and cost-effective 50W Class-D amplifier engineered for external amplification with SoundTube and other high-fidelity speakers, making it well suited for digital signage, education, point of purchase, museums, surgical centers, AV carts, or any application where a small amplifier is needed to boost a limited source output.

The SA502 Mini Amplifier offers a maximum gain of 34 dB and dual concentric gain controls for independent channel control. It has three operating modes; stereo, dual mono, or bridged mono. In stereo, each input channel flows directly to its corresponding output channel, while dual mono feeds the left input to both output channels. In bridged mono, the left input is fed to the bridged output.

The system includes a selectable 12 to 32V external trigger input or auto standby to conserve energy. It also features three user-selectable input options, balanced stereo Euroblock, unbalanced line-level mini jack, and a stereo speaker level (amplified) Euroblock input for applications with low-wattage speaker outputs. The SA502 includes a power supply, stereo RCA female to 3.5mm male adapter, a pole/surface mount adapter, two male 4-pin Euroblock connectors, and two 3-pin Euroblock connectors.

SoundTube Entertainment SA502 Reviews

Nice amp; kind of pricey

I had to replace several amps for my SoundTube systems that were 10+ years old, so I ordered this model. It's well made, is easy to install, and performs as expected. My only complaint is that it seems kind of expensive for what it is.
