Explore Scientific 2" 2x Focal Extender (2"/1.25")

Built with a 2" nosepiece that fits into larger drawtubes, focusers, and diagonals, the 2" 2x Focal Extender from Explore Scientific doubles the magnification of any 2" or 1.25" eyepiece and adds another layer of usability to the eyepieces you have. Additionally, since low-power eyepieces often offer a longer eye relief than high-magnification ones, using this focal extender gives you the benefit of a more comfortable viewing experience while enjoying a high-power observational experience. The extender has a fully multi-coated 4-element lens configuration to produce bright images with true color representation without distortion across the entire field of view, and the edges of the lenses are blackened to further improve contrast. The extender accepts larger 2" eyepieces and with the included reducer adapter you can also use the smaller and more popular 1.25" size for more versatility.
