Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great rechargeable battery My review of the Eneloop AA batteries is based mostly on past experience. I have a Logitech Performance mouse with one of these that I have been using and charging each day for 3 1/2 years. Only recently did it start to stop holding a charge all day long. When I looked for a replacement, I found other excellent reviews on the batteries. The main feature seems to be that they don't lose their charge as quickly as other rechargeable batteries when not in use. I know that I took two of the batteries from this order right out of the blister pack into a remote thermometer I have, and they worked fine without needing to be charged. These seem like a winning purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great batteries These batteries hold their charge for a long, long, long time, whereas other rechargeable batteries might need to be charged just before use. That said, these are always ready to go. Highly recommended by an expert who has written a couple of books on flash photography, I, who haven't written much more than this review, and have a couple of books. There, you have a recommendation from someone outstanding in his field, and someone who might be out standing in the field. Seriously, these are great batteries.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have bought this product again, again, and again. With the amount of camera gear that requires batteries, I now have more than a substantial amount of these batteries. Not only do they last a long time before they wear out, but they maintain their charge over time. In all of the years I have used them, only one (1) battery has given up the ghost; and that is saying a lot. Not only would I recommend them to a friend, I have done so, and will continue to do so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Rechargeable Batteries I use these batteries to power my speedlites. They work fantastic. Since I prefer to use my speedlites at 1/8th power to have a faster recycle time and prolong the life of my batteries, sometimes I can shoot an entire event over 500 photos on one set of 4 AA eneloops. I have a few dozen sets of these that I rotate into use. They have never let me down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent rechargeables will buy again Eneloops have long been the best rechargeable AA batteries out there and I have dozens of them. When I ordered these I got worried becauase the name on the package changed from Sanyo to Panasonic and I was not sure if they changed them for the worse. When they arrived they looked the same except for the Panasonic name so I put them in the Maha/Powerex charger on break-in to test the capacity. Out of the 8-pack the lowest capacity was 2001mah and the highest 2036mah so I have no complaints. The name on the box changed but they work just like the Sanyos, will buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from holds charge longer, can be recharged over and over EneloopRechargeable Ni-MH Batteries can be used straight out of the package and hold their charge longer than other brands. They take a bit longer to recharge than Li-Ion but with the Panasonic charger, the charging process appears to be optimal for the longevity of these batteries. I tried a lot of different brands over the years but the Eneloop batteries perform the best in power-hungry speedlights. I also power robotic motors with these batteries through a motor shield attached to a Raspberry Pi, the Pi itself powered by a Li-Ion pack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I get a kick out of you... I've purchased these before and will continue to do so. I recently tried a 16 pack of another brand that I won't mention (copper top?) and with barely a dozen recharges, 4 have completely failed and the others completely lose their charge after 2 week of zero use. THAT brand has had serious quality issues like leaking alkalines for many years and I'm done giving them a chance. Eneloops have never failed me and even ones that have sat in a drawer for years still work fine. I must have over 40 of them all going strong.
