question

what voltage will the charger work with? 230 V will work?
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes, this charger will work in 230v. It is a multi-voltage device and can work in any region, but would simply need a plug tip adapter to plug into non-USA outlets.

question

Main use would be in Nikon SB-900 flashes, do these operate hotter then other recharables?
Asked by: James
No, the batteries don't kick off heat (or negligible heat). Read your flash instruction manual. Manufacturers suggest a maximum number of flashes over a period, to prevent the flash from overheating. With the fast recycling times, you could potentially reach that threshold. Have never experienced such a problem with NiMH batteries in Canon flash, professional use for 10 years.
