The gloves work adequately well. I have used them heavily for about two weeks now, and there doesn't seem to be any sign of wear or tear, aside from the the loose threading that comes from the red threads. They prevent any burning and let me do the job I need to do when handling hot lights. I would say it's well worth it, but the pricing is, I feel, too steep for these gloves.
