PortaBrace AO-633 Reviews
Great Bag
I bought the bag for my son. He has used in now on a few shoots, and loves the versatility, separate compartments, and solid construction. Would recommend buying a harness as the bag can get very heavy over long shoots.
Too large
Although this bag is supposedly made specifically for the 633, it could hold my 552 without a problem. Portabrace's CS-633 bag is too small, without any kind of pouch on the front for holding mics or other kit when carrying recievers, but this bag is HUGE. It can easily carry 6 recievers and other gear, but is total overkill for those boom + 1 or 2 wireless jobs. I wish that Portabrace would make the equivalent of the old Combo cases with the RM-Multi bag on the front for the 633. On the pro side, it's got a lot of extra pockets and openings, and is very customizable.
