Beautiful and well priced for Leica gear

This is a beautiful bag and I think quite well priced for the construction and quality. The leather is very high quality, and I always receive compliments on it. I do wish it was slightly bigger. I BARELY holds the the Leica T, the 35 and kit zoom lens and a leica 50 Summilux with M adapter. I suppose that is a lot for a little bag, but a bit more room would be helpful when traveling. All things considered though, it's great.

Almost Perfect

The leather, size, and look of this bag is perfect... At least for my own needs. It fits the SL2 with no lens attached, a 50 summilux-m asph, and a 90 APO summicron-m. Without the SL2, I can also fit the Summilux-m 35mm, and the 21mm. The issue I have with the bag is the cheap chrome coating on the buckles. It started chipping away a few weeks after purchasing it. Now one buckle is completely bare. However, beneath the cheap chrome appears to be brass. So I'll be removing the rest of the chrome and just keeping the brass beneath it. Leica should have produced them this way to begin with, foregoing the inexpensive coating they went with instead.

Perfect for what I wanted!

I have a collection of bags but wanted a really small one that I could inconspicuously carry around nicer places.  This was the nicest one I could find that fit the size requirement. It's a soft leather surface with a discrete Leica logo embossed, the case itself is rigid with a very nice interior and dividers. I think it'll age well with a nice distress feel once broken in and used for a while. It fits my Leica MMCCD with M-35/1.4 ASPH and screw in metal slotted hood, a M-75/2AA, a spare battery, my iPhone 10 in the back slot, and my wallet if I want.   I also use it to carry a Sony mirrorless A7R-IV with smaller FE Zeiss AF lenses ... or the 2 Leica lenses I mentioned above via an adapter. This could accommodate a M camera with lens and two smaller M lenses depending on the lenses. It is NOT a big carry-all, I'd consider it a beautiful day-tripper walk-about bag.

question

The Leica web site shows a size Medium for this case. Are there different sizes? If so, do you stock Medium and what are its dimensions?Would it be possible to put an iPad mini AND the T camera with an attached Visoflex inside the case?
Asked by: Anonymous
Unfortunately, we only carry the small size of the leather Leica System Case for T-System at the current time. However, the small leather system case according to Leica can hold a small tablet, viewfinder, and Leica T, as well as small lenses. The small leather system case measures 8 3/4 x 7 x 4 inches.
