Not a replacement for moab. But excellent for color. More depth than canon luster. Not so impressive for BW, Only problem was small indentation on first 10 sheets. But I still get an11x14 out of it .

it seems to be almost as good as less expensive third party papers, but without icc profiles for non epson printers.

I'm looking for a 13x19 paper that could give me the effect like there is light coming from the paper, like the effect you can get with the Fujifilm Cristal paper. What paper could give that results?. Will this metallic paper be useful for that purpose or there is another paper you sell that could give me better results?Thanks

Since the Fuji Crystal Archive Paper is a high glossy paper, I would recommend trying the Epson Metallic Photo Paper Glossy. But it really depends on the image what will look good and give you that glow. Images that rely on a gradient to establish contrast, rather than stark changes in color and darkness, sometimes will not have enough punch. Where the metallic seems to work best is when the luminosity of the silver white and the pure black can play against each other.

I am not familiar with canon printers. but the issue is whether canon offers profiles for the paper. if they do, then you can print with this paper. if not, if they offer a profile for luster paper, probably you would get reasonable results.

which paper profile would i use for a photo r1900 epson printer?

I'm not familiar with the r1900. I had an r1800 and now have a R3000. I would think the r1900 wouldn't be any different. To answer your question would depend on what you are wanting to print. I use Epson semi gloss for color and the metallic luster for black and whites. Hope this helps.

The guidelines that are enclosed with the metallic paper do not list my printer (Epson Sure Color P600) as a supported printer but I am printing with metallic glossy & luster 8.5 x 11 sheets with no problems for over a year now.
